If I buy balcony seats and have to sell, can those tickets be used in the standing room and not used for balcony? In case the buyer is under 21??

I believe so because they don't regulate the standing room
If you have GA, you're going to be behind all of the people who bought their tickets early and have "early entry" wristbands. I saw Hozier there last month and had early entry so we were only behind about 9 people who just happened to get there before us. We were in the very front (a gaggle of girls ran to the front center despite security yelling at them) so we were about 10 feet right of center with our arms hanging over the barricade. Incredibly awesome and best concert ever but a couple of people collapsed from heat exhaustion several feet behind me because it gets incredibly hot back there. If you're GA, get there as early as possible so you're right behind the 30 or so people with early entry.
Yes if you have legit ID and ?
Last time I printed front and back, and I got in.
There are chairs all around the balcony. Bench seats on left side of entryway and wheelchair spaces. Bench seating on the far side, first come first served.
Yes with ID
Yes, they have a ticket office.
Either way, just be prepared with tickets on your phone, screenshot them and make sure to have brightness up to ensure smooth entrance.
Its indoor. The last show I went to there charged more for the balcony seats. There is a patio area as well
I went to a concert there recently. Checked online for different prices. Buy at the door, and you could spend twice as much some of the deals online!
Went to see Young Dolph & it was my first time there. It looks pretty small from the outside but it opens up a lot more from the inside. I have a YouTube video of my experience, I would appreciate the support!
MoreThe venue is my absolute favourite to go to for live music in Arizona. The floor is open enough to fit a large crowd with room to have a pit, the bathrooms are always clean, and they have a nice little alcove where bands can sell their merch out of the way of the foot traffic.
MoreGreat Concert. Olivia O'Brien put on a Great show. It was Clean, organized. Did not offer any type of sustenance that I could see. They had a vending machine with chips. But it was (Broken) seems like if you offer almost nothing? Would at least make it work!
MoreNice little venue to watch a medium sized show. The beers are a little too expensive for the quality of the venue though. On this particular night we went for an all cover band show (which had a smaller crowd than a larger more famous band would) and they were only accepting cash at the bar forcing everyone to use ATMs which was different.... Kinda made me feel less important.
MoreThe set up was great. Entry security was thorough. The only reason I am not giving it more stars is because inside security was lacking when a guy in his 30s touched my 13 yr old niece inappropriately more than once and was not removed due to lack of "evidence".
MoreAwesome venue! Always have nice and helpful security working. Always felt safe and always had a good time. One bummer is the cement floor that can hurt after standing on it for hours. Haha
MoreSometimes it is better to see artists perform in a smaller venue and when I saw John 5 on the bill for a show here, I knew I would be able to get a good enough view to study his playing technique. I definitely was not disappointed. The facility's design is such that the front of house does not have to fight the acoustics of the place to get the mix to sound good regardless of your location. It is not so packed you feel like a sardine either. A very good place to see a concert.
